Our Commitment
A1 Moto Lawn Service LLC, a Florida limited liability company, wants clients to be satisfied with the work performed. If you have a concern about a completed service, contact us promptly so we can review it and work toward a fair resolution.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a service appointment. Last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee if crew time, materials, or equipment have already been reserved or mobilized.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered case by case for work that was not completed as agreed or for a verifiable billing error. We generally do not issue refunds for completed work that was performed according to the accepted scope, but we will review service concerns and may offer corrections or adjustments where appropriate.
How to Request a Review
Contact us within 48 hours of service completion at a1motolawnsllc@gmail.com or (772) 480-0444. Please include your name, service address, date of service, and a description of the issue.
